PVC Vinyl Mats

COMFORT, GRIP AND HYGIENE
PVC vinyl sports mats are roll-out court surfaces made from layered polyvinyl with a textured top skin and a foam cushion backing, used for badminton courts, gyms, yoga studios and multipurpose halls. Classic Sports Infra supplies and installs 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm and 7 mm mats, including BWF approved badminton mats for tournament venues. The mats are laid over any flat, dry hard floor such as concrete, tiles, kota stone or an old wooden floor, then seamed, fixed and line-marked. A two or three court hall is ready to play in two to four days, which makes PVC the fastest sports floor to install. The surface gives sure-footed grip, cushions landings and wipes clean with a damp mop. Thickness is chosen by use: 4.5 mm for club and institutional courts, 5.5 mm for busy academies and 7 mm for competition venues. Recent installations include PVC court mats in Khamgaon and the non-playing zones at the NIT Sports Complex, Nagpur.
Roll-out court surfaces for badminton halls, gyms and studios
PVC vinyl sports mats are roll-form synthetic court surfaces with a wear-resistant textured top layer bonded to a foam cushion backing. They are laid over any flat, hard floor, joined with welded seams and line-marked for the sport. The result is a quick-to-install, easy-to-maintain court with the grip and cushioning of a professional venue.
We have supplied and installed badminton court mats at RTM Nagpur University, the Ordnance Factory Nagpur, Western Coalfields Chandrapur and in halls across Vidarbha, and we ship and install mats anywhere in India.

What thickness of PVC mat is best for badminton?
4.5 mm is the standard for club and institutional courts. Choose 5.5 mm for academies with heavy daily use and 7 mm for competition venues or multipurpose halls that also host volleyball and basketball.
Are your badminton mats BWF approved?
Yes, BWF approved PVC mats are available for facilities that need to meet Badminton World Federation standards for tournaments.
What is the price of a PVC badminton court mat in India?
PVC mat pricing depends on thickness (4.5, 5.5 or 7 mm), brand and court size, and the delivered price varies from city to city because the rolls are transported to site. Poles, nets and installation are quoted as separate line items so you can compare. Share your city and hall size and we will quote per court, delivered and installed.
Can PVC mats be laid over an old wooden or tiled floor?
Yes. As long as the floor is flat, dry and firm, PVC mats can be laid directly over concrete, tiles, kota stone or an older wooden floor.
How long does installation take?
A two or three court hall is usually completed within two to four days: one day to prepare and clean the base, one to two days to lay, seam and fix the mats, and a final day for line marking and fittings.
