PERFORMANCE MEETS VERSATILITY
Synthetic acrylic sports flooring is a multi-layer coating system applied over a concrete or asphalt base to create an all-weather court for tennis, pickleball, basketball and multisport use. Classic Sports Infra builds two systems: a 5 layer system with primer, resurfacer and colour coats for recreational courts, and an 8 layer system that adds cushion and texture coats for softer footing and tournament-grade pace. Each coat is applied by hand and cured before the next, so a court takes about two to three weeks after the base is ready. The finish is UV stable, drains quickly and is re-coated rather than rebuilt when the colour wears, typically after eight to ten years. We also install poured EPDM rubber flooring for open gyms and play areas. Recent acrylic courts include a pickleball court at Artios Stays in Goa, a basketball court at Reliance Corporate Park in Ghansoli and a tennis court for Western Coalfields Limited.
Seamless acrylic courts for tennis, pickleball and basketball
Our synthetic sports flooring is a multi-layer acrylic system applied directly over a prepared concrete or asphalt base. Primer coats bond to the slab, cushion coats add shock absorption, texture coats set the grip and pace, and colour coats give the finished playing surface. Because the court is poured and rolled on site it has no joints, drains quickly and can be re-coated years later without rebuilding.

What is the difference between 5 layer and 8 layer acrylic flooring?
A 5 layer system has primer, resurfacer and colour coats and suits recreational courts. An 8 layer system adds cushion and extra texture coats for better shock absorption, comfort and consistency, which is why we recommend it for tennis, pickleball and competition courts.
How much does an acrylic tennis court cost in India?
Acrylic court pricing is quoted per sq ft and varies by city, since coating materials and crews are transported to site. The system you choose matters most: a 5 layer system costs less than an 8 layer cushioned system. Base condition, court size and extras such as fencing and lighting complete the picture. Can acrylic flooring be installed on a rooftop?
Yes, provided the slab is structurally sound and waterproofed. We regularly build rooftop pickleball and multisport courts for housing societies.
How long does an acrylic court last?
An acrylic court performs for eight to ten years of normal use before it needs a fresh colour coat. Re-coating takes about a week and restores the surface without rebuilding the base, so the long-term cost per year is among the lowest of any outdoor sports surface.
